About the intensive
Across the map of the weekend, we will explore embodiment as living art ~ what it means to make meaningful, intimate contact with ourselves as a path towards healing and awakening.
We will experience the bridge between Tantra Yoga and somatics; invitations into aliveness through our authentic feeling and our being. Practice and discussion will be centred around the beauty and bounty of walking this profound path of love and presence, of embodied spirituality.
This intensive is ideal for yoga teachers and movement facilitators seeking to deepen their space-holding, as well as passionate students longing to inhabit their life more fully.
Together we will descend out of the head, and into the genius of our body and soul.
All of our practices will be accompanied by live ritual music by Holloway.
A not-to-be-missed weekend of joy, love, connection and creative ceremony with these master artists and teachers!
What to expect
Practices that explore embodiment as a living and creative art, inviting you into deeper connection with yourself
Experiencing somatic practices and authentic expression as a path to healing
Space for both practice, reflection, and connection
Live ritual music by HOLLOWAY accompanying the practices, supporting depth, rhythm and connection
A weekend guided by two renowned teachers offering you guidance for your personal growth as well as, for those of are teachers or therapist, your growth as a facilitator.
Optional: Sound Journey with Holloway
July 2026, evening sound journey
Join ceremonial musician HOLLOWAY for this intimate offering of sound and soul. Through voice and guitar, he weaves devotion, passion, and vulnerability into a journey that is both grounding and enlivening. A not-to-be-missed evening of music!

The event takes place at De Roos in Amsterdam. The venue is easy to reach by bike and public transport, with several tram stops within walking distance. Paid parking is available in the area, though it can be expensive. Doors open shortly before the start time, and we recommend arriving a little early so you can settle in comfortably.
Yoga mats are available at the venue, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please bring a reusable water bottle, as Amsterdam tap water is safe to drink. If you rely on specific props in your practice, we recommend bringing your essential items with you.
Location
We gather at De Roos, a unique and historic venue located in the heart of Amsterdam, at the entrance of the Vondelpark. Originally opened in 1900 as the headquarters of the Theosophical Society, De Roos has a long history rooted in personal development and the exploration of wisdom traditions.
Today, De Roos functions as a contemporary yoga and event space with a calm, grounded atmosphere.
During the lunch break, you can stay at De Roos and enjoy their café, which serves organic salad bowls, sandwiches, juices, ceremonial cacao, and other nourishing options. We offer a long lunch break so you also enjoy the park on beautiful days.
