FAQ

What are Global Flow Intensives?

Global Flow intensives are in-depth yoga immersions led by internationally respected teachers. They offer the space to slow down, study more deeply, and spend extended time with a teacher and their method, beyond a regular class setting.

Who are the intensives for?

The intensives are designed for practitioners with some prior yoga experience who feel ready to deepen their practice. Teachers offer options and modifications, but the focus is on study, exploration, and immersion rather than introductory classes. If you’re unsure whether an intensive is right for you, feel free to reach out.

Do I need to be a teacher to join?

No. Some participants are teachers, others are dedicated practitioners. What matters most is curiosity, commitment, and an openness to learning.

Are the intensives taught in English?

Yes. All Global Flow intensives and trainings are taught in English, as we welcome an international community of participants.

What if I have an injury or physical limitation?

Please let us know about injuries or relevant conditions when booking. Teachers will offer modifications where possible, but participation is always at your own responsibility. We encourage you to listen to your body and work within your own limits.

What should I bring?

Depending on the venue, yoga mats may or may not be available, please check the event details on the Event Page to check if mats are available for the event you are joining. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. If you rely on specific props during your practice, you may want to bring those with you.

Where do the events take place?

Our intensives are hosted at carefully chosen venues in Amsterdam that add to the unique experience. Location details are always shared on the event page.

Is accommodation includes?

Accommodation is not included. There are many options nearby, including hotels, hostels, and short-term rentals. Amsterdam offers plenty of choices within walking or biking distance of the venues.

How does booking and payment work?

Booking and payment details are specific to each event and can be found on the individual event page. Some intensives may offer different pricing options or payment plans. I payment is required to reserve your spot. You can read the general Booking Policy here.

What is the cancellation policy?

Each booking is subject to our cancellation policy, which you can find on the Cancellation Policy page. We recommend reviewing this carefully before registering.

Will I receive a confirmation after the booking?

Yes. After completing your registration, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your booking details. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive your confirmation. If you did not receive the confirmation in your spam folder either, please contact us via our contact form.
