Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy applies to all immersions and trainings offered by Global Flow. Please read the information below carefully before booking.

You may cancel your booking for an immersion or training at any time. Cancellation must be communicated to Global Flow in writing by email.

Regardless of the reason for cancellation, the following fees apply:

  • More than 60 days before the start: 30% of the total fee plus a €25 administration fee

  • 31–60 days before the start: 50% of the total fee plus a €25 administration fee

  • Less than 30 days before the start: 100% of the total fee

We strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel or cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
