Booking & Participation Policy

Early Bird Rate

The early bird rate is available for some for a limited number of registrations and must be paid in full before the date indicated on the event page. Wether an early bird price is offered, the number of early bird spots and the applicable deadline differ per immersion or training. The details can be found in the Event Details section on the event page.

Regular Rate

To secure your booking at the regular rate, full payment is required at the time of registration.

For trainings priced at €500 or more, a payment plan may be available. In this case, a deposit is required to confirm your place, followed by a balance payment by the date indicated on the event page under Event Details. Registrations made after the balance due date must be paid in full upon booking.

Health

Participants are required to inform Global Flow of any relevant physical or mental conditions prior to participation. If needed, you may be advised to seek medical guidance. Please also inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements so we can take them into consideration where possible.

Participation

There is no reimbursement for missed classes or unused services. Participation in all activities is at your own responsibility. You are expected to work within your own physical and mental limits and to make choices appropriate to your experience and condition.

Global Flow reserves the right to make changes to the schedule if necessary.

Insurance and Liability

Participants are responsible for having adequate health insurance that covers medical care and, if needed, transport home. In case you travel from abroad, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Any damage caused to venues or accommodation remains the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation by Global Flow

Global Flow reserves the right to cancel an immersion, training, or masterclass if the minimum number of participants has not been reached, or in the event of illness of the teacher or force majeure. In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible and all registration fees will be refunded in full. Travel or accommodation costs are not reimbursed.
