A Prana Vinyasa Masterclass with Shiva Rea 10 June 2026

About the masterclass

The mandala that is your body is the best mandala. – Gandharva Tantra

Prana Mandala Flows stimulates and integrates new neural pathways, balance, fluidity, creativity, strength & flow with a 360 degree perspective.

Prana Mandala Flow is a roots and evolution exploration of moving meditation as a way of life. Embody this circular power through creative vinyasa as movement meditation.

Prana Mandala Vinyasa is a progression of prana flow mandala namaskars and sequences (vinyasas) practiced in a circular flow for integration and full-spectrum embodiment.

Connect your practice with your vital health energy and learn to apply movement alchemy to the cycles of daily life

What to expect

In this Mandala Masterclass you’ll move through a circular vinyasa practice where the body is explored as a living mandala. The class is physically engaging and guided by rhythm and breath, inviting a felt sense of flow rather than a linear approach to movement. Through Prana Mandala sequences, you’ll experience how circular pathways can support balance, strength, and integration, while opening space to sense how movement relates to the cycles of daily life.

Optional Intensive: Rhytmic Vinyasa

6-9 June 2026

If you feel drawn to spend more time with Shiva’s work, the Rhythmic Vinyasa Intensive offers a multi-day immersion exploring the roots of vinyasa through rhythmic movement meditation, where breath, pulse, and flow guide the practice. Working with Prana Vinyasa, the intensive offers a physically engaging and embodied way to experience yoga as a rhythmic way of life.

The intensive can be booked as a three- or four-day immersion and can also be combined with this masterclass at a reduced rate, offering a more complete week of study and practice.

The Teacher

Shiva Rea

Shiva Rea is a globally renowned yoga teacher and the founder of Prana Vinyasa and the Samudra Global School for Living Yoga. Her work is rooted in a deep relationship with breath, rhythm, and the innate intelligence of the body, shaped through decades of practice, study, and teaching across cultures and landscapes worldwide.

Her teaching draws from the roots of vinyasa yoga and is informed by long-term study in tantra, Ayurveda, the Krishnamacharya lineage, kalaripayattu, world dance, and somatic movement. Through this lived integration, Shiva offers yoga as a way of life that connects movement, ritual, and awareness, inviting practitioners to experience flow as something that extends into everyday living.

Global Flow x Shiva

Shiva Rea was one of my first teachers. I began practicing with her sixteen years ago, and her work has had a lasting influence on my own path as a practitioner and teacher. Through her teaching, yoga revealed itself as a creative and embodied practice that continues far beyond the mat.

What resonates deeply at Global Flow is the way Shiva weaves embodiment and ritual into her work, inviting practices that are felt and lived. We’re excited to share this aspect of her teaching with our community and to create space for this way of practicing together.
